All furniture as individual custom-made, kitchen worktop and dining bar concrete/ wood inlay/ epoxy resin. Floor large-sized granite slabs on underfloor heating, shower bath with concrete spatula technique, whereby shower and WC could not be spatially separated due to the very limited space situation.
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven. Large patio doors to the east side (courtyard) and west side (pond side). Our holiday flats are centrally located between Dresden, Saxon Switzerland National Park / Elbe Sandstone Mountains and the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Upper Lusatian Heath and Pond Landscape in a scenically very quiet location on the outskirts of a small village near Stolpen.
